General
TMS conactive Quality Control System has been developed according to the latest technical software development -and concrete technology standards. It also has been developed in close cooperation with concrete technicians. The software interface has been made user friendly by basing it upon the MS Outlook style, it is flexible and gives the concrete technician a maximum freedom of arranging his system. You are able to easily navigate your system and quickly visualize your data by handy sort and group options.

Analysis and sample pieces
In your technological process you want to register raw materials and sample piece analysis onto your system. This information gives you insight into your process. With the TMS conactive Quality Control System software it is very easy to enter – and define analysis. New or user specific analysis can be made by yourself. For example, when you want to cross reference the outside temperature analysis to a test sample.
So no software changes are necessary by TMS. The cross reference analysis can be connected to raw materials (e.g. volume), raw material supplies (e.g. sieve analysis), raw material silo’s (e.g. the humidity of sand) or test samples (e.g. pressure strength). When you take a produced prefab sample, you want to take a variety of analysis like: slump, flow, temperature etc. In this module you cross reference the data to a test sample like kubus or prism.

In this module you create a recipe, appoint names to it and calculate them. You select which raw materials are being used in your recipe and to which terms the recipe has to comply. Terms like: standard, strength level, environmental level etcetera. Also other queries related to the recipe can be selected like: minimum/maximum fine, water binder factor, maximum amount of silt.

After selecting your calculation method (e.g. sieve 1 mm optimal, given weight) the system calculates the recipe and gives you a complete overview of the needed raw materials in wet or dry weight: the so called “weight list”. This weight list serves as a basis for the imput of weight for the process control.
Unique is the optimization module, that minimizes material costs, taking all requirements into account. For instance B-value, environmental level, “pump concrete” with a minimum level of fine or “clean concrete” with terms for cement and sand percentage. Calculations are being performed via several data, like the cement strength level, a water demand table, water reduction and additive function. By fine tuning these functions you are able to increase your process and cost efficiency.
Stock raw material management
The concrete technician is responsible for the control of incoming raw materials and executing the necessary analysis. Registration of essential analysis, stock mutations and the automatic cutback of dosaged material will take place in this part of the Quality Control System software.
