TMS conactive Process Control

Using TMS conactive Process Control, batching is no longer an isolated part of automation; it is an integrated part of your computer network. Accurate batching and dosing gives you the opportunity to produce concrete with your customer’s detailed requirements. Manually or automated, using up-to-date information from TMS conactive Management or other systems. Clear graphical plant representation supports optimal process control and top-level functionality to further improve and speed up your production.

Process visualization

TMS conactive Process control is being equipped with an intuitive proces visualization. You can control it with the well know Windows user functionality. With a mouse click you can activate and change the process, e.g manually dose material weights. The user only needs a mouse and keyboard. Your production facility will be configured with all process characteristics.

You can enter and edit various process control parameters, like sequences, locally stored recipes and available material. As soon as an amount is being batched, relevant data is stored in the database and send back to TMS conactive Laboratory.

Process analysis and check up

The stored process and batch data is valuable information, for example helping you to resolve production “bottle necks”. It is also possible to plan in a preventive maintenance because the system “knows” the running hours of a mixer or valve events.

Heat Balance

With this module you can dose water with a preset temperature.

High Strength and High Consistent Ready-mix Module

By means of specific adjustable sequences, the plant can automatically batch these special mixes.

Consistency Measurement Module

With the Consistency Measurement Module the mixing power is being translated into a mix consistency area.

Concrete Performance Tool

The performance tool shows the bottle necks in your process. This information gives you the ability to accurately do technical adjustments to increase the production speed.

Maintenance, Control and Analysis Module

With this module you are able to analyze and control your production process. For maintenance purposes you could for example keep track of the number of mixing hours, or other plant component events.

The weigh evaluation gives you an insight into the weigh performance of your plant. With the production capacity analysis tool you will get an insight in possible bottle necks.

Automatic Moisture Measurement

With the help of moisture measurement components, this module will optimize the additive water in your mix.

Prefab components

This module contains specific plant components and automatic charge generator. Production can be “ordered” per linear metre, and it will support relevant prefab reports.

Remote service

With this module TMS is able to connect to your plant through the DSL or ISDN connection. If needed, we will monitor, control and check the system and process.
