Besides a optimal mix design and accurate batching, tools are needed for sales support and delivery. With the Management module you can register prices, discounts and other agreements for products or services. Tenders – or contract data can differ by meaning of: construction site, region or period. The TMS conactive Management software gives the opportunity to simple generate a professional quotation or contract to send to your customer.

Automated or manual dispatching can start right after orders are smoothly entered into the system,. The integrated resource optimization modules split orders into loads and optimally assigns these loads to trucks and production plants. This all happens while taking into account all restrictions and requirements, either for 1 plant or a complete region.

A clear and efficient planning board shows your ultimate goal: deliver on time against minimal costs. After delivery has taken place, all information is real time available for invoicing, accounting and management information.

Managing quotations, (year) contracts, prices, customers, construction sites and other customer data can all be created with commercial management. Quotation follow-up becomes a “piece of cake”. When entering a concrete composition, the right price is automatically being generated.

You can make special customer agreements on various levels (discounts/surcharges): per region -, construction sites -, composition – or additive level. Data from a (new) contract is directly available for planning, so no need do input data twice. If the customer orders concrete at your company, the planner can directly see what has been agreed. Invoice daa is also based on the agreed pricing data. Don’t worry, the invoice will be correct.

Apart from the Sales department, the planner can also add new customers and construction sites (user authorisation dependent). The system will calculate according to set base prices. When making a year contract for customers, new construction site are being added according to the appointments made in the year contract.

After a quote or contract has been entered, the document generator will easily inform your customer in writing. Of course, you can define the desired lay-out and add your own company logo to it. It’s a professional document without errors and unnecessary type work.

Order entry with plan board and capacity optimizer

Here you enter orders, manage your customers, construction sites, compositions, truck data, production data, staff data, etcetera. You can easily use already “known” customer -construction combinations and concrete compositions. In other cases you enter this data your self without the interference of the sales department. TMS conactive makes sure you can work rapidly. You can easily copy orders for repeating orders, connect or even outsource orders.

Already ordered concrete compositions are shown in the shortlist. So no need for searching! Orders contain all needed for a smooth delivery, based on your and your customers wishes and requirements. The system keeps this important information, so the planner can focus on other tasks. For example if trailers are allowed on the construction site, or if the order is “on call”.

TMS conactive uses a digital road map to calculate distance and driving time. This system can also take lunch time into consideration. The graphic plan board gives instantly insight into the necessary production en transport capacity. The transport &production capacity planning is being supported by the optimizer, which after each relevant change, calculates and visualizes a new schedule. The optimizer focusses on on-time delivery (service level) against lowest costs.

Available capacity in a blink of an eye

Do you have various production facilities or planners? No problem for TMS conactive! The system has a central database for multiple users, at a single location or at different plants and offices. So it’s possible to have one central planning and multiple production locations (multi site, multi user). The central planner has a constant insight over all resources. The TMS conactive optimizer makes an overall planning, which results in high cost savings.

Day planning with a plan board and real time optimizer

On the delivery day itself you can easily manage truck mixer loading following activity status. Apart from a truck capacity overview, you will also see the production capacity consequences. The day planning module and the plan board supports this option. TMS conactive assists the dispatcher by proposing efficient decisions.

The real time optimizer calculates an optimal planning and visualizes it via the plan board. The real time optimizer will give a truck loading advice to the dispatcher, but manual changed are always possible. The real time optimizer directly reacts on relevant changes: a new status notification, a delay, a different starting time of an order, etcetera.

Relevant restrictions and appointments are taking into account. For example when a specific truck must be used, when each delivery has a maximum size, when it relates to a pump mixer, when the customer has to move the pump, when delivery can only be done from a specific plant, etcetera.

Other TMS conactive Management functionalities

TMS conactive Management provides reports, e.g. outstanding quotes, order lists, generated orders, production forecasts, driver starting time. For more reports the TMS conactive Information module will be the perfect solution.

TMS conactive Management can check the customer’s credit status, if provided by the accounting system.

The order contains a lot of order data which is important for the concrete technician: what is the best mix, what samples need to be taken. With the “Order view” module, the concrete technician can see all order data, but can only change the right mix to produce.

The status of the truck mixer is important for an optimal schedule. TMS conactive Management can interfaces with status notification system and the onboard computers.
